Question: Describe about the impact of organizational change management processes. Answer: Introduction: Linking Change Drivers and the Organizational Change Process: The change process within the organization remains complex until it gets adopted by the employees and also the stakeholders as a whole. The change process also needs to ensure the implementation of change driver which help the business to gain more profit in the international scenario (Whelan-Berry and Somerville 2010) Impact of organizational change management processes towards new change drivers: Cost considerations Cost-effectiveness is important to gain customers as well to retain the position of the organization. The health of Customers Customers wellbeing need to be taken care to change the business model in accordance to the new change driver (Graetz and Smith 2010). Quality awareness The organizational change also needs to ensure quality assurance to take permission from the government for the further selling of the fast food products in the market. Impact of change drivers towards existing value, model and elements of firm: Evolving the legal aspect The new change drivers helps the organizations to ensure the wellbeing of the customers as well. Quality control The new change drivers helps his organization in the United Arab to maintain a daily report regarding the quality assurance which helps in preventing the health of customers from any danger as a whole (Mayfield 2014). Changes towards Communities, Groups, and individual: The new changes affect the community regarding adapting to new strategies that might also affect the organizational stakeholders. The groups within the organization also get affected which may increase the rate productivity and helps in gaining profitability by the organization as a whole. The individual need to get adaptability to a new change which further help in motivating more towards the organizational products in the market (Cavalcante 2014). Nature of attitude of the stakeholders: Customers attitude towards the new change drivers motivates the organization more towards the change. Suppliers Suppliers might get affected by the risk factor and reputation of the brand. Employees Employees productivity increases to gain more loyal customers towards the organizational products (Mayfield 2014). Community community gets affected and thus it might adapt the change to protect the health of the customers as well. Actions towards ethical considerations and response of Stakeholders: The new change driver helps the organization to impose certain rules and regulations as per the Human Rights Laws which further led the stakeholders to adapt the new change business model regarding wellbeing of the customers as well (Graetz and Smith 2010). Conclusion: The fast food restaurants in United Arab implements strategic business model change which helps in protecting the wellbeing of the customers and also helping in expanding its market. Organizational change refers towards implementation of new strategies that help to impose the new change driver towards the business model.
